Current Forum Members

"Wingspan Forum is already helping me think differently about my role in the family and the responsibility that comes with being part of a multigenerational enterprise. The conversations at the first Summit, both with the speakers and the other members of the cohort, left me feeling motivated, better equipped, and more focused on what it means to secure our family’s legacy through strong governance. In just a few days, I felt a real bond with the group. I believe in the value of this program so much that I’m seriously considering making it a requirement for future generations in our family."

G2 of a Family Office

“Wingspan Forum has been an incredible opportunity to connect with other Rising Gens who truly understand the weight and responsibility of stewarding a family legacy. The first Summit’s conversations on family office structures and governance were especially thought-provoking and clarified how I can contribute meaningfully, even without being involved in day-to-day operations. I’m excited to continue this journey with the Wingspan community.”

Bethel

"Wingspan Forum offers a rare and powerful space—one where honesty, vulnerability, and real conversations about life in a family business are not only welcomed but encouraged. The first Summit was both grounding and deeply energizing. I walked away with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a strong sense of community. I’m excited to continue this journey with such an inspiring cohort and the Wingspan team."

Raveena
G3 of a Manufacturing Business

“As the first member of my generation currently working in the family business, I’ve often felt like I was figuring things out on my own. Wingspan Forum has introduced me to a group of peers who understand the kinds of decisions, dynamics, and pressures I face in both my career and my personal life, and the intersection between the two. Having people to talk to who are in similar positions—outside of my own family—has already proven to be really valuable. I’m looking forward to continuing these conversations and building stronger connections throughout the program.”

My hope is that these connections evolve into a network of mutual support—serving on boards, collaborating on investments, and navigating the complex challenges that arise when business and family are intertwined."
